Tilted Kilt Sarah Sunrise comes to us from The Dalles, Oregon (Tilted Kilt Border Terriers).  Thank you much, Casey DePriest.  We have high hopes of Sarah becoming as accomplished in the show ring as her parents.  She is full of confidence and spunk;  lovely head, topline, good movement, is very balanced and already displays that show "presence".  Welcome to Rushwind, Sarah!
